Complete Beginners Course
Want to learn more about Canicross? Looking for something fun to do with your dog and help create a special bond. Our beginners canicross course could be for you.

The beginners class is a 6 week programme, which will cover introductions to canicross, kit fitting, how to warm up and cool down your dogs. And most of all how to have fun and enjoy running with your dog safely.

We will cover the basics of canicross and how to teach commands to give you better control and in turn making your runs even more fun.

We also hold a zoom call with more help and tips every Wednesday.

Classes will be run in small groups of no more than 10 participants at a time.

Beginners courses run from September to May (winter season)

Canicross Improvers Classes
For those who have already started canicross, but would like to improve your over all running.
Or for people who have finished the beginners course and want to continue to develop their skills running with a group.

These sessions will involve longer running distances as well as a mixture of different terrains and some more technical sections. As well as developing techniques such as hill work, technical turns, interval training and so on.

Classes will be in small groups and take place on a Friday evening with dogs throughout the winter, then continue without the dogs through the summer.

Most of these sessions will take part in the evenings so a head torch or light maybe required.

Drop me an email to find out more information.

Prices start at £5 a class
Social Runs
Most Sunday mornings I host a social run open to all abilities, with frequent stops for regrouping, so you don't have to worry about your pace. I try to minimise the amount of roads as much as possible, and make sure theres a pub or cafe for breakfast afterwards for those interested.

In the summer they change to Cani Hikes and earlier times to account for the heat.

They also take place on some Saturdays

If you haven't attended a class before we do require you to do a 1-1 with Louise first just to check you have a basic understanding of canicross and handling your dog before joining the group.

The Social Runs are charged at £2 a session to cover insurance.
If you require kit or would like to hire any alternative kit its £5 for the session but this needs to be arranged prior to the day
1 - 1 Coaching
Really want to give canicross a go? But prefer to learn on a 1 to 1 basis or maybe you have a reactive dog that you don't think is ready for group situations.

Then we also offer 1 to 1 coaching sessions - these can be booked for evenings and Sundays. We can cover the basics of canicross and structure similar to the beginners class.

Or if you are looking to improve we can sort out an improvement plan to help learn all the bits you feel like you are missing out on.

Message me today and we can have a chat.

1 to 1 sessions start at £35 a session
